"Mauricio is very knowledgeable and was persistent in trying to help me find an apartment in this crazy market in Miami.
He stood by my side and was on top of calling the other realtors to get updateds on offers that we placed.
He kept me updated on everything that was going on. Mauricio got me what showings he possibly could with my hectic work schedule and was on time and usually early, which was super important to me with my schedule. He was awesome in landing me an apartment in a good neighborhood and would be there as long as it took.
I’m grateful he managed to do what other realtors didn’t do and more importantly, in a reasonable time. I want to thank you Mauricio for getting me into an apartment and making sure that everything was in order, as well as, taking me through the walkthrough to make sure we caught any potential problems for my protection.
I would definitively recommend him to anyone needing to find an apartment or home.
I will definitively use him for my future needs.
Karen."
